WHAT'S INCLUDED :
- 1.5 hour call with Wafa (We use Zoom , Teams, Google video calls) .
- Concept Design : mood boards, furniture layouts, ceiling and lighting layouts , flooring layouts , 3D renders , concept boards.
- Detail Drawings and shopping list : technical drawing packages detailing specific aspects. Moving forward, we specify and develop schedules for materials, finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
- Procurement: Once all of the elements from the design process are approved, we organise purchasing, deliveries, and installation. Having built an extensive network of trusted suppliers, we can source and supply various wallpapers, furniture, floor finishes . Rest assured, we always negotiate on your behalf for the best prices.
- Project Coordination and Shopping trips: Good project coordination is the key to a successful project . We regularly visit the site and communicate with the team to address any problems and deal with them quickly and efficiently. Our focus on detail ensures a high-quality finish for all of our projects.
- Project Handover: The last stage when we finish all the work until the tiniest details we be happy to hand you over your new home.
